We had a grand time here! The best part was the happy hours by the pool with complimentary drinks, a lovely touch! Though, we did find the restaurant prices a tad steep for the food served. a solid choice for a stay in Goa.

Upon arrival, the lobby had an unpleasant drainage smell that lingered into the allocated room, making it difficult to relax without frequent use of room fresheners. The breakfast hours are constrained to just two hours, which doesn’t provide enough flexibility. I faced a communication issue where my breakfast package wasn’t recognized at check-in, and I had to eat out—definitely not ideal. The need for more organization during busy dining hours became apparent, with slow service at the bread station and missing cutlery during meals. After staying multiple nights, I noticed a lack of follow-up on room requests that were either misunderstood or overlooked, such as room allocations not being adjusted despite requests.

The location is a significant plus, providing easy access to the beach and local attractions. Enjoyed the thin crispy fries by the pool but faced issues with inconsistent room cleanliness and a lingering drainage smell that affected comfort. The dining options were somewhat limited, leading to more meals outside the hotel.

Good location and friendly vibes!
The hotel’s location is solid, just a stroll to the beach. Loved chilling by the poolside bar for snacks and drinks! Staff were super friendly, always checking if we needed anything. One thing though, the restaurant prices felt a bit much for what we got, so we opted to eat out more often.

The room was cozy and the amenities were a real treat, especially the spa and relaxing pool area. It was great to unwind after a long day at the beach. Just a heads up, the breakfast options could use some variety.

The location proved to be a significant advantage, providing easy access to the beach and local attractions. Staff assistance was commendable, particularly from Rohit, whose warm welcome made a considerable difference. the experience was marred by limited dining options that felt overpriced, and the cleanliness of the room didn't meet expectations. the amenities could use some improvements to enhance comfort during the stay.

The charming Portuguese architecture, coupled with the colorful decor, created an inviting atmosphere. the elevators and ramps made it easy for seniors like me to move around without hassle, adding to a wonderful experience.
More shaded areas by the pool, please.

Location was great, only an 8 to 10 minutes walk to Candolim beach. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast spread had a mix of Indian dishes along with a made-to-order egg station (which was a hit with the kids! ).
Didn’t dislike anything about the property.
